1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoomSketch3D ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoomSketch3D is a room planning application that allows users to create 2D floor plans and 3D visualizations. The Service is available on web browsers, iOS, and Android devices.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payments

One-Time Purchase

RoomSketch3D is available as a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring fees. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by platform and region. Optional AI credit packs are sold separately (see below).

AI Credits

Photorealistic AI renders use AI credits. Credits are sold as optional packs in the iOS and Android apps and on our website (a separate, one-time purchase — not a subscription) and may also be granted free, for example as starter credits. Credits you hold can be used on every platform you sign in to. Each successfully generated render uses one credit; if a render fails, its credit is returned automatically. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are tied to your account.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-time purchase. To request a refund, contact roomsketch3d@immex.tech. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their refund policies; you can request those refunds from them directly.

AI credit purchases. Each render runs on paid cloud computing; if a render fails, its credit is returned automatically. Refunds of credit purchases work as follows:

• Bought in the iOS app: refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies — request them from Apple directly.
• Bought in the Android app: refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's policies — request them from Google directly.
• Bought on our website: contact roomsketch3d@immex.tech. We review how many of the purchased credits have been used and may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund.

Whenever a credit payment is refunded or reversed (including by Apple, Google or your bank), the credits it covered are removed from your balance, which may then become negative. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the designs you create and the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process them to provide the Service — including sending an image to one of our AI service providers when you use an AI feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you upload and for not uploading unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights or privacy.

6. AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence: AI floor-plan import, room photo import and photorealistic AI renders. AI output is generated automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. AI renders are artistic illustrations — they may add decor, furniture details, materials or views that are not in your design and are not an exact representation of a real space. Always check AI-drafted plans and dimensions yourself, and do not rely on AI output for construction, purchasing or safety decisions. We may decline to process, or remove, content that violates these Terms or our AI providers' usage policies.

Your renders are yours. As between you and RoomSketch3D, you own the AI renders you generate and may use them for any purpose, including commercially — for example in listings, client presentations or marketing. We claim no rights in them beyond the license in Section 5 that lets us store them and show them to you. Because renders are produced by AI, you are responsible for making sure your particular use does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding user content), is owned by RoomSketch3D and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomSketch3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
