Fresh Water Tank

Overview
A fresh water tank holds the clean, potable water that feeds a food truck's sinks. Because a truck has no fixed plumbing, the tank size directly sets how long you can wash hands and dishes during service.
Sizing & placement
It takes a 24-inch by 18-inch footprint and stands 24 inches tall, usually tucked under a counter or near the sinks. Keep it close to the sinks it feeds and leave access for filling and cleaning.
Where it works
Food trucks, concession trailers, and mobile kitchens without fixed plumbing.
