Restoring purchases on Apple and Google
If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, restoring on a new device is quick — here's how.

Step by step

iOS — Restore
Open the iPhone/iPad app. Profile → Restore Purchases. Confirm with Face ID / Touch ID. Apple confirms; the app unlocks.

Android — Restore
Open the Android app. Profile → Restore Purchases. Google Play confirms; the app unlocks.

If restore doesn't work
Confirm you're signed into the same Apple/Google account that made the original purchase. If still failing, contact support with your purchase receipt.
